What we use and why

• Your account: email, first name, country, language, declared age. To open your account and talk to you (contract).
• Your exchanges: messages, photos, the text of your voice notes and calls, and what the twin remembers about you. To run the twin (contract). Your first name is sent to the AI models so that the twin calls you by your name. An intimate photo you send is deleted, without being described.
• Your purchases: subscriptions, top-ups, call packs, invoices. To sell and invoice (contract, legal obligation).
• A creator's waiting list: your email, to let you know when their twin arrives.
• Security and improvement: sign-ins, reports, statistics with no names (legitimate interest).
• Creators: identity, content, image, voice and, with their explicit consent, their voiceprint.
• People who take part in a creator's public content: their words, and their voiceprint, which is used to recognise the creator's voice (legitimate interest).

Azul does not sell your data.

Who has access

The Azul team and its technical providers (hosting, AI, payment, emails), some of which are located outside the European Union, in the United States and in China. The creator does not read your conversations: they only see what their fans talk about, as totals.

How long

• Your account and your exchanges: as long as your account exists, and at most 24 months after your last visit.
• Invoices: 10 years.
• Proof of your consents: 5 years after the end of your account.
• Backups: 14 days.
• The server's technical logs: 6 months.
• For creators: the audio downloaded to make the twin, 30 days, except for a reference set of a few hours of their voice, kept as long as they work with Azul, with an encrypted copy in Germany; the words and the voiceprint of the people who take part in their content, as long as their twin exists; a request to join Azul that was not followed up, 6 months.

Your rights

Access, correction, erasure, objection, portability: from your account or at contact@azul-studio.com, with an answer within a month. You can file a complaint with the CNIL.

Cookies

Only those the service needs (sign-in, language, country), with no consent to give. Visits to the website are counted without cookies, to know which pages are read. When you click to show it, the Contact page of the website loads Calendly's calendar, which sets its own cookies.

Ce qu'on utilise et pourquoi

• Ton compte : e-mail, prénom, pays, langue, âge déclaré. Pour ouvrir ton compte et te parler (contrat).
• Tes échanges : messages, photos, texte de tes vocaux et appels, et ce que le twin retient de toi. Pour faire fonctionner le twin (contrat). Ton prénom est envoyé aux modèles d'IA pour que le twin t'appelle par ton nom. Une photo intime que tu envoies est effacée, sans être décrite.
• Tes achats : abonnements, recharges, packs d'appel, factures. Pour vendre et facturer (contrat, obligation légale).
• La liste d'attente d'un créateur : ton e-mail, pour te prévenir quand son twin arrive.
• Sécurité et amélioration : connexions, signalements, statistiques sans nom (intérêt légitime).
• Créateurs : identité, contenus, image, voix et, avec leur accord explicite, l'empreinte de leur voix.
• Personnes qui interviennent dans les contenus publics d'un créateur : leurs paroles, et l'empreinte de leur voix, qui sert à reconnaître celle du créateur (intérêt légitime).

Azul ne vend pas tes données.

Qui y a accès

L'équipe d'Azul et ses prestataires techniques (hébergement, IA, paiement, e-mails), dont certains sont situés hors de l'Union européenne, aux États-Unis et en Chine. Le créateur ne lit pas tes conversations : il voit seulement de quoi parlent ses fans, en totaux.

Combien de temps

• Ton compte et tes échanges : tant que ton compte existe, et au plus 24 mois après ta dernière visite.
• Factures : 10 ans.
• Preuves de tes accords : 5 ans après la fin de ton compte.
• Sauvegardes : 14 jours.
• Journaux techniques du serveur : 6 mois.
• Pour les créateurs : le son téléchargé pour fabriquer le twin, 30 jours, sauf un jeu de référence de quelques heures de sa voix, gardé tant qu'il travaille avec Azul, avec une copie chiffrée en Allemagne ; les paroles et l'empreinte de la voix des personnes qui interviennent dans ses contenus, tant que son twin existe ; une demande pour rejoindre Azul restée sans suite, 6 mois.

Tes droits

Accès, correction, effacement, opposition, portabilité : depuis ton compte ou à contact@azul-studio.com, réponse sous un mois. Tu peux saisir la CNIL.

Cookies

Seulement ceux nécessaires au service (connexion, langue, pays), sans accord à donner. Les visites du site sont comptées sans cookie, pour savoir quelles pages sont lues. La page Contact du site charge, quand tu cliques pour l'afficher, le calendrier de Calendly, qui pose ses propres cookies.
